No delivery and bad service
I ordered 2 products from [URL Removed] last year December-I only received 1 and have been waiting for the other to be delivered. I was initially told that its at the warehouse, then with the courier, then posted from one pillar to another. No one seems to know where the product is. Call centre agents promise to get back to me but they don't...all I want is the product that I purchased or at least a refund and a decent apology for the inconvenience...<br> <br> I'm appalled at the service and will not advice people to use Kalahari again...
