NO COMMUNICATION
I had ordered textbooks online through Kalahari for a Gr12 pupil at the beginning of February. I received 1 email from them and then nothing! I have not been waiting for a lipstick or a DVD ...I have been waiting for School Textbooks! I did not get an email to confirm progress of my order - or for that matter that it had been delivered and that the order was complete. NO COMMUNCATION. I will never order from Kalahari again. Takealot at least sends communication on a consistent basis updating one of status of the order!
