No after care for Gobbi E-Reader

I received a Gobii e-reader for my birthday in August 2013. Now the battery is swollen and is about to explode. Sent a e-mail on Saturday 21 March 2015 (no response yet) , Phoned the Call Centre twice on 23 March 2015 and was told Gobii's are out of stock and they do not keep any batteries. I then asked if there is anyone that can assist me with buying a new battery but they have no idea and do not care where it could be purchased. All I am told the whole time is that they are unable to assist me. The original order of the purchase was removed from their system and is untraceable so we can't even return the Gobii on the original order number: ***. So it seems that you could buy it on-line but there is no after service available.I am very dissapointed in the service received from [URL Removed] and will no longer be using their service and will discourage anyone who wants to use [URL Removed] that the service is terrible. I cannot understand how you can sell a product and not have any kind of service once the customer receives the item
