Never Again !!
Never again will I buy any electronics from Kalahari!!! Gobii phone was returned for repairs on 17 February and I still have not received my repaired phone back. I have been talking to several different call centre agents and customer service agents, but nobody can give me a name and tel nr whom I can contact directly. Every agent tells me a different story and putts me on hold so that I would put down the phone eventually! <br> <br> Not even a previous Hello Peter complaint about this same issue resulted in my phone being returned!!<br> <br> Ref nr ***
