Last week I placed an order on Kalahari. The order came through from their third party supplier Cover Concepts.<br> The package was receive promptly however there was a slight problem with the order. This is something that I could not really hold cover concepts reliable for as it was a problem that occurred in transit. Mandy however offered to pick up the item and refund me for my order. I advised that I was still happy to keep the product. Mandy was dissatisfied with the slight inconvenience and went on to give me my next order free of charge. Further to this she gave me an additional item to make up for this. In business mishaps are unavoidable but the measures taken to rectify problems is what counts at the end. Mandy Hurwits has gone above and beyond the expected service levels and I would recommend COVER CONCEPTS. Thank you.
