Made payment+confirmed delivery = NOTHING
made the order , paid in full, confirmed order , promised delivery in 48 hours , 5 days later , no communication, no stock , had to go to management to get the truth , no compensation , still no monies returned , still waiting <br> <br> IF YOU ARE LOOSING YOUR TOP STAFF , BECAUSE OF A BUY OUT , STOP TRADING PLEASE , YOU ARE SHOCKING AT YOUR PROMISES , PLEASE JUST CLOSE THE DOORS <br> <br> DISGUSTED , AND WILL CONTINUE TO TELL 100, 000 PEOPLE IN CAPE TOWN NOW THAT''S A GUARANTEE , KIM ARE YOU SURE YOU BOUGHT THE RIGHT COMPANY ????

We're terribly sorry for disappointing you and for the inconvenience caused.
Unfortunately our suppliers stock had depleted by the time your transaction was verified and processed and we therefore had to cancel your order.
We understand this must have been really frustrating as well as for the service you received.
We have escalated your concerns to the relevant department to have a look at and amended where needed.
We can however confirm, your refund was issued on the 30 March 2015 and these refunds can take between 3-7 working days to reflect dependent on the bank.
Once again we'd like to apologise for all the inconvenience and frustration caused.
