Long wait and then order cancelled - twice!

I ordered a few games and books through my wife's account and twice, after long delays when estimated delivery dates were missed, they cancelled the order. <br> <br> It is really poor that they keep notifying consumers that items will be delayed and then just simply cancel the order. If they do not have the items, they should not list them as available. <br> <br> They should also improve their communication with customers and take responsibility for their poor service.<br> <br> Kalahari cannot match Takealot in terms of service and delivery (I worry that their poor service will affect Takealot upon merger).
