lies after lies after lies
In another report i wrote about Kalahari, their response was that if there is no stock the item will not be on the site. This time around the items was on the site. so i ordered my 4 Textbooks, thinking that it is in stock and i should get my books in a few days. after a week of waiting i heard nothing, so i called the contact centre and they said that the website clearly states 13 or 16 working days (No Stock).that left me with a problem because my 1st assignment is due on 19 Feb and i will not have enough time to complete my assignment (I ordered on 20 January), so i asked the agent if it is possible to follow up with the supplier and after some arguing i was called back by one of the supervisors and they advised that they are expecting 2 deliveries on 02 and 09 February, by the time they pass my credit the books would have arrived i waited. on the 10 Feb i received an email to tell me that my order will only arrived on 16 Feb and a while later received another email that my order will only arrive on the 19 Feb ( assignment due date) i received another email on Friday telling me delivery on 20 Feb,so i purchased a 2nd hand book for R250. Its only fair kalahari covers the cost
