Late Order
I Placed a order for a text book for a Engineering student on 3/02/2015. Order Supply date was 26/02/2015, I then received an email stating that the order will be late and I will receive it on 27/02/2015, the next day i received yet another email stating that I will now only be receiving the book on 11/03/2015. This is unacceptable. I ordered the book from kalahari as the delivery date was 26/02/2015, the classes start on 05/03/2015, therefore the student will now be without a text book for at least 6 days.<br> <br> Please advise what will e done to rectify the situation, when i called kalahari i was told they can not escalate this with the supplier i just have to wait. This is terrible service and i expect a response before close of business today.<br> <br> Order number: a***

We are truly sorry to hear how disappointing your recent experience has been. It was never our intention to delay your order.
As we do not hod physical stock of this item, we have to source it from a supplier. Our original supplier could not provide us with the stock and we were forced to source this item else where.
We have not placed and order with an international supplier. This has negatively impacted the delivery date.
As these order still need to be shipped to South Africa and go through the necessary custom checks, we are forced to wait for the stock to arrive at our warehouse.
Our supplier has confirmed that the stock should arrive at our warehouse the first week of March.
We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused.
