keeps receiving non working cellphones

Im really not happy with the cellphones i keep receiving from you guys and worse part is that i will need to wait 2 weeks for a phone that wont work I bought a Samsung S5 end of January and by February the phone started giving problems ,it kept saying emergency calls only but internet ,emails etc is working just fine .Then i called them to request to be fixed and indeed they did come and fetch the phone second week of February .On friday the 20/03 2015 i got an email from [Email Removed] who wanted to know whats going on with the phone ,i rep**** and i got my phone on the 23/03 2015 and was informed that its a new phone .lSoon as i entered my simcard phone is not working still ,tried putting in a different sim with a different network but it still doesnt work .It says \emergency calls only"but everything else works except calls and sms . Isent an email to Ashely on Tuesday and till today i havent received any feedback .i dont know if the batch is fault of the S5 cause my first phone in Septemeber which got ****** was working perfectly . I need an urgent response and also i dont need a refund i need a phone that actually works for a change ! dont know if you will get hold"""
