KALAHARI STOLE MY MONEY!!!

I placed an order on the 30th of October 2014 - they did not receive my order, only my payment - you can not pay without an order number! Then when I had to replace the order the products were out of stock. I've been waiting for my refund to be paid back for over 3 months. They paid the amount on the \15th of December 2014"into my bank account but it still does not reflect. They can't provide me with a proof of payment and they say that I should ask my bank were the money is. I had to send them my bank statements 5 times to proof that I did not receive the refund however they don't want to send their bank statement for me to see when the payment was made. After millions of emails and phone call - all on my cost - I came to the conclusion that I will never receive my money or my order. I did say they can send me the order but they can't as they \""refunded me\"" the money! They are still waiting for the finance department to came back with an answer regarding this payment but they can assure me the refund was successful! SO - I have no order and no refund - they have money in the bank account that belongs to me MY MONEY!!! BUT they will not give it back. """
