Kalahari sold an item in my basket without warning
I had a Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse (Model L6V-00010) in my shopping basket with the intention of purchasing it today.<br> <br> I received a notice to say that the last item has been sold!!! The item was in my BASKET, not my wishlist, hence I obviously intended to purchase it! <br> <br> I was given no notice that the item was about to be sold or I would have purchased it on the spot! This is absolutely ridiculous! How can you sell an item in my basket?!?!?<br> <br> This is the second time you idiots have done this to me! Why was this problem not fixed after my last complaint???<br> <br> I expect to receive the item at today's price of R336 and I intended to use a R100 / R75 off voucher code on this purchase as well. In effect I expect to be able to purchase the item at R236.<br> <br> Your service and business processes are absolutely appalling!

Unfortunately, adding an item/s to your basket or wishlist does not constitute an order or agreement of sale.
