Kalahari service is incredibly slow
Occasion 1: I bought 2 memory cards. The one had a delivery time of 9 days, the other had a delivery time of 8 days. To my surprise, the delivery time of the entire order was 17 days.<br> <br> Occasion 2: I have a current order for a phone cover, and it states that it will take 21 days... surely in this day and age they could deliver much faster. It feels like Kalahari is now just a middleman, going to China in the mean time, and passing on the product to me.<br> <br> I'm disappointed at the waiting time, and i am hopefully that the waiting time will be reduced.

As discussed your order had a waiting period of 9 working days. The original estimated delivery date was for the 17 February 2015. As per your confirmation your order was delivered sooner than expected on the 13 February 2015.
The phone cover you ordered on the 19 February 2015 has a waiting period of 12 working days, therefore your original estimated delivery date is set for round the 12 March 2015.
