Kalahari's Poor Service and Disorganisation

After waiting the expected 3 weeks for my books arrival I called Kalahari for confirmation of when it was actually expected to arrive (since the eta had changed 3 times already). Bongiwe, a very helpful call centre rep. informed me that my textbook (ordered 25/01/15) was yet to be sourced from a supplier. After much convincing and complaining she kindly transfered me to her team leader Fadwa Abrahams who was to over the next three days, endure much of my frustration and anger over the situation as she kindly tried to assist me. Unfortunately no one including: Lizz Hilock
