Incomplete Order After More Than 4 Months

I have ordered a Nikon D3200 Bundle for R 6 699 on 30 November 2014, along with some other items. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my wife, but only arrived after numerous phone calls (and false promises by the courier) on 29 December 2014.<br> <br> After delivery it was discovered that the 55-200mm DX lens was not included in the inside box. The original manufacturer's seal was broken, then resealed with your security tape before delivery. I have sent you some photographs of this. This could have been due to your packing team inspecting the contents before shipping.<br> <br> My wife had received numerous phone calls, stating that the case is being investigated, and that she will receive a replacement lens soon. The phone calls have now dried up. <br> <br> I will give you another 14 days to deliver a 55-200 DX lens. If not, please refund me in full after returning of the incomplete order. My wife had not used the camera at all, and it is still in the original packaging.
