I got sent a second hand phone
I purchased a new Gobii IVP online and its advertised as coming with two batteries, when I got the phone it only had one battery. I called the call centre and they said they don't have stock of the batteries (even though they the only place in South Africa that stocks this phone) but they will give me a R50 voucher for the missing battery for my trouble, I don't want a R50 voucher I want my second battery. THEN, I switch the phone on, and I go to gallery and see random pics the previous owner of the phone took!! THIS IS A SECOND HAND PHONE!
