We ordered an item from [URL Removed] for our son's 4th birthday. The item was received in good time and put to one side in order to keep it away from the little man's eyes and hands. Due to the item being bulky I opened it in order to see if we couldn't do it in a smaller box/wrapping. Once opened I realized to my utmost disbelieve that I was sent the wrong item. Upon phoning the call center at [URL Removed] I spoke to a very helpful lady namely Meghanne Coetzee. After going through all the red tape I emailed her the requested info. She kept me up to date with regards to the process of the whole return and resend of the correct item. She went out of her way to ensure that I received my item in time for my son's birthday!
