Great service

I bought an ebook on Kalahari for the first time on Friday and didn't realise that it would not be compatible with my kindle. I sent an email to the contact centre requesting a refund and received a personal response within a few hours. I sent through the required info and received confirmation of the refund this morning. What a pleasant experience! I will definately shop with Kalahari more often..just not for Kindle ebooks
