Great Service

I am very sorry to hear that [URL Removed] will be closing shop / merging with [URL Removed] soon. There is no other online shopping site in RSA that comes even remotely close to their level of service delivery. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with them.<br> <br> I ordered an item this morning. Their terms and conditions state 2 days for dispatch. I received the mail now that the parcel has been dispatched - same day!!! Shipping cost R30-00. (Another supplier charged me R250 for a much shorter distance, and then threw a tantrum when I queried it.)<br> <br> Their range of products, online shopping website, dispatch times, packaging and service are all fantastic. I have never had a problem with Kalahari, and compared to another online supplier I have used, I am just amazed at the massive difference in service delivery. Kalahari is simply light years ahead. (I am sitting here typing this because I am really impressed!)<br> <br> Really, thank you Kalahari. I am really sorry to see you go.
