goods not delivered

Hi. I have bought tablets phone and 2 reebok T shirts on the 18 march and I have paid. I expected my goods to be delivered on the 20 march which was not. I tried calling them seeing that there's nothing and my account is not updated one of the consultants told me to send proof of payment which I did on the 19 march still nothing. I called them again I was told to send proof of payment again on the 24/03/ and I emailed it again still no response. I have called them again today they kept me on hold until I hang-up. I suggested if they cant help me they should refund me back because I have paid via EFT or my stuff delivered at least by tomorrow.<br> <br> Thank you peter
