False Advertising

Hi,<br> <br> I ordered an item which was subsequently delivered to me within two days - delivery was extremely efficient as promised.<br> <br> However, upon unpacking my parcel I saw that I received a box of 10 of the item. The site advertised for a box of 15 and my purchasing decision was based on purchasing a box of 15 of the product.<br> <br> I am extremely disappointing that a good shopping experience was spoiled by receiving less than what I paid for.<br> <br> I contacted the call centre on Friday and reported this. I was told I would be contacted this morning, but have not heard anything since.<br> <br> Order Number: a***
