Failure to deliver and lying consultants

My wife ordered a PS3 which was supposed to be delivered on 27 March 2015. Come the 27th she called Kalahari and she was told that the delivery will be made on Monday 30 March. She calls on Monday 30 March and she is told Tuesday 31 March.

On Tuesday 31 March she calls and she is pushed from pillar to post and she is told that they can't confirm our address. I decide to call and I speak to Monique who BLATANTLY LIES and tell me that he spoke to the guys who deliver and that the delivery will be done between 7pm and 9pm. I call at 8:30 pm and I speak to a lady from the call centre who confirms that Monique **** to me ' the information that you were given is false' because no deliveries are done after 5pm. I request to speak to her manager on duty Paul and she says he is busy. I ask for Paul's surname and she refused to give me his surname and she puts me on hold.

Kalahari should not take customers for granted. We have rights. You need not exercise uneccesary behaviour. Please check your call logs and see whether anything I said is a lie.

I bet you will not even respond and if they do, it's just a red tape explanation.
