Error in payment

Once checking out and selecting ebucks as payment method, I keep on receiving a popup error saying \invalid payment amount entered". I have more than enough ebucks available and typed in the correct amount over and over again. The problem keeps on re-occurring. I have also contacted the ebucks callcentre and was told the problem lies with [URL Removed] I then dialled the callcentre number (***) on their website and end up talking to a bloke that doesn't even work for Kalahari but receives millions of calls that are meant to be for Kalahari. His number turns out to be ***) however every time I call the number on Kalahari website I end up chatting to this poor bloke again. I have previously been told that the issue has been dealt with but as soon as I press the payment button the same error re-occurs. Frustrating... """
