I returned my transcend external in December. I bought it at Kalahari in june 2014. It broke and I sent it back to Kalahari. I never heard back from them again. I did try to contact them via email, but with no respose. VERY BAD SERVICE. HIGHLY DISCUSTED. My order number: ***
