Dissatisfaction

I ordered an item I and I payed the balance required I phoned couple of days after the gentleman that answered told me it will take about 5 days to show. After 5 days what I get is that my order has been cancelled. I faxed and emailed the proof of eft payment. I dont know what more to do. I would like to have my refund pleas3
