Did not deliver right quantity

I ordered 3 items at kalahari where I only got 2 out of 3 items. order ***<br> <br> I called the call center and was told they were checking with the warehouse and they will get back to me which never happened.<br> <br> I called again to follow-up and was told the person I was dealing with is not in their call center and they will send them an e-mail to call me back, which also never happened.<br> <br> This morning I called for the 3rd time and the agent made me hold on, the call dropped and I have not had a call from them. This is bad service.
