Delivery Service Sucks

How do you promise to deliver something and not deliver? to make things worse, you don't bother to update the client. I am really upset that I as the client kept on calling to follow up on my order. I did not even get much clarity on the order. What is going here?! My delivery was meant to arrive yesterday and there's still no word from you!! Clearly you don't care about your customers as individuals!!
