Customer service

On the 24 January I ordered a tomtom multisport watch with HRM. On the 27 jan my receptionist received the package which opened on the 28 jan and immediately reported that the HRM was not included as per invoice and delivery note. I also checked my account and noted that the transaction was closed. Initial contact with Anele was exceptional called when she said she would and emailed a follow up letting me know she was on it. Late Friday afternoon I call and got another consultant again very pleasant man saying she would call me the same night. I did not get a call but a email saying I would get a call the next day between 9 - 2 but no call. This morning I called and left a message with another consultant for an update and received no call from Anele. Emailed customer care with no response. <br> <br> I have very little faith that I will receive the product as advertised and paid for. This will be the last time I use kalahari as its very evident that the rumours about poor service and even worse delivery seem to be ringing true. It's amazing that in a world where social media is a finger tip away companies don't see the need to service there customers particularly an Internet based interface
