Courier turned back with parcel ( UTI Couriers)
I ordered something from [URL Removed] the guy came to deliver it, and left with the parcel, the courier company does not call, they ask reception to send email, they wait 10 minutes and then go, email is not an urgent tool for communication, and not everyone is sitting and staring at their emails the whole day, SMS or 10 seconds phone call seems like a more logical way of notifying me that there is a parcel waiting at reception. or atleast tell me what time should I expect the parcel.<br> <br> This is not the first time, now I have no idea when he will come back.<br> <br> I know this is an external service provider, but you hired them, therefore need to monitor how they servicing your clients.
