Charged for Delivery
I wanted to purchase a Wagworld K9 Castle dog bed. I am not purchasing it now as I will be charged delivery of R140. Firstly, this is unacceptable as your terms and conditions state \A surcharge shall be levied on heavy or bulky items (which shall be marked as such on the product description page)"There is no such indication on the product description.
