Cannot get hold of this place- RETURN ITEM

I have sent endless emails, its impossible to try and call them. ***may as well be non-existent. I am so sorry i did my christmas shopping with these guys... i have never ever received such bad service (or the lack of service) from a reputable company like this. i will never promote or spend another cent with this company again and by all the complaints registered with hellopeter i can see why. Lesson learnt. If anyone there cares? my reference number for the return is ***
