Cannot download the ebooks I purchased.

I purchased a few ebooks from Kalahari. They were downloaded to my tablet no problem, but then my tablet had a malfunction and everything was wiped from my tablet. I now cannot download my ebooks to read. I keep getting a message that I must enter a different Adobe id which I do not have. I have contacted Adobe and they said that my supplier must reset the books so I can download them. I have contacted Kalahari about this requesting them to reset my orders so I can download the books again to which they responded they cannot and I must use the correct Adobe id. For heaven sakes which part if I only have one id and it won't be accepted when downloading the books don't they understand. All I want is my ebooks back which I PAId FOR!!!!
