Can't supply for Pre-orders placed a MONTH ago

I bought Battlefield Hardline on pre-order a month ago to be able to have access on it on its launch date in South Africa. MWEB which is the same company as Kalahari provides the severs on which the game is played and even has a massive launch to celebrate it, yet with a months notice. Kalahari still fails to have sufficient stock and I have to wait a further week before its delivered. Opting to rather purchase the game from Takealot, who has sufficient stock, I requested a cancellation of my order. Which is promptly done, only THEN Keenan informs me directly after my refund will only be available in a week. Upon requesting that they then rather reinstate the order until such time I have funds to purchase the game elsewhere, Im then told that that as well is not possible
