Call Back
I called Takealot yesterday about the money thay owe me. Spoake to a guy called JP and he told me that he will call me back first thing this morning....and to no surprize he hasn't called me back.... I even told him that experince tells me that he wont because the service from your Company is Really Really pathetic...I call them back at 16:30 and tried to sort out there ****...this is the second time Im writing a complaint in not even a week...It tells you alot about Takealot....

We are very sorry to hear that you didn't receive a call from JP regarding your refund.
As per finance the refund was actioned, Ebucks was refunded on the 12/5/2015 and the bank refund was done on the 13/5/2015.
It takes 3 working days before the payment clears in your account.
