Byproducts advertised not included

On 24.11.14 I ordered a dual sim Gobii cell phone from [URL Removed] Inside the package was a CellC data sim of 240GB per month free (which was part of the package). I called Kalahari and CellC to register this sim card but both refused.. Because I work full time I only got round to Rica this sim card at Ackermans in Springs on 17.12.14. The cashier ported my Virgin Mobile sim without my requesting it. It took days to get the port reversed. But Virgin would not reinstate the contract type I had with them. So I lost that contract. Yesterday I went to CellC at Mall@Carnival. They could not find my sim card number on your System. First I lost my contract with Virgin because of a port I did not request. And then I learn that my sim does not exist on your System. Then Kalahari offers me a R100 voucher for the inconvenience caused (their 1 option to solve this was for me to return the phone completely). Why would Kalahari include a CellC sim if it is not willing to register the card? The extra was worth 2.4GB data x 24 months which doesn't equal R100 voucher. Kalahari has not rep**** to my 2 last E-Mail requesting solutions.
