Thank you for contacting us and bringing forward the concerns.
Firstly we would like to apologize for disappointing you. This is definitely not the standard at Kalahari.com.
All our recent B-Grade goods was not sold but there was a ******* at our warehouse and many of our stuff was ******.
Police arrested a few suspects and retrieved some of the ****** items. Please know that this is an isolated incident and we will inform the SAP of this.
If you have more information like the telephone number the suspect phoned you from please do not hesitate to divulge this info to us.
Once we receive any feedback from the SAP we will advise you of this.
Kindly note that Kalahari.com tried their best to keep any customers from being a target but this seemed to have fallen through the cracks.
We are taking this extremely serious and would advise you not to share any info about your profile to anyone.
On behalf of Kalahari.com, I would once again like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused in this regard.
Hope you have a fabulous day further.
Please feel free to contact us should you have any further queries.
Kind regards,
Eben
