Bought a Hisense E2371 Sero7 LE 7\ WiFi 8GB White"

My son saved up for three months in order to be able to buy himself a tablet and when he saw that Kalahari had specials on Tables he chose the Hisense E2371 Sero 7 for R899, he has not even had the tablet for 2 weeks yet and the battery does not even last 3 hours, so when I had my nieces boyfriend who works in the IT industry to try and sort it out, Kalahari will not take responsibility for it and will not replace the tablet or the battery, so now my son is sitting with a brand new tablet that he paid for himself that he must put on charge every 2 to 3 hours!!!! and he bought this for school because most of the schools are now going e-schooling!! so thanks Kalahari for all the years of support that I have given you, I will not be buying from you again....
