book has not been received by the courier company

I ordered 3 books, all three were sent separately. Two were sent through UTi Sun Couriers and the third will be delivered by Dawn Wing couriers. According to the Kalahari order page, my parcel c*** was sent on the 21st of Jan and the expected delivery date was the 26 of Jan. When clicking on the tracking number to show the status of my parcel there is no information at all. I then posted a complaint yesterday about UTi, I got a response that they are actually not dealing with the delivery it will be Dawn Wing. So I then posted a complaint about Dawn Wing. Very quickly I got a call from Dawn Wing saying they are investigating the complaint. I also email support@kalahari, which I got a reply from Garrin Scharffenorth asking for my order number to follow up
