Best customer service in YEARS!!

I ordered a book online from Kalahari on Sunday, made an eft transfer on tuesday 9pm, wednesday morning I received a confirmation that my payment has been received. I wasn't expecting my parcel until next week, but viola! My parcel was delivered this morning. I am so happy and I love that Kalahari is so transparent, they let you know before placing an order how long you can expect to wait for your parcel to be delivered. Well mine was delivered very early and I am super impressed. I have to admit, I wasn't sure about online shopping, but kalahari changed my mind and I will continue shopping with them in future, plus the delivery is FREE! Now I have plenty of time to complete my assignments. You Rock!
