Bad Service from [URL Removed]
Good Morning<br> <br> I ordered a book on Kalahari on the 27 January for a gift for the 15 February 2015. <br> Order #***<br> Parcel 1 (a***<br> <br> <br> Delivery as per your website advertises 10 days to deliver so it should have been delivered on the 10 February. <br> The date was moved to the 18 February and now I see today on my parcel tracking it is the 23 February. <br> <br> Now the gift is useless to me as I have missed the date I needed it and now it is even more delayed. <br> <br> I find this totally unacceptable from Kalahari and a waste of time. I could have easily bought in in a store and saved myself this aggravation.<br> <br> I will not use your website again as it is unreliable. <br>

We are really sorry to hear how disappointing your recent experience has been. This is truly not the experience we wish for our customers.
We have reviewed your order and can confirm that the book has a dispatch turn around time of 14 working days, depending on the suppler.
As we do not hold physical stock of this item, it has to be sourced from a supplier. This supplier is based in the United States of America and we cannot always guarantee that the items will arrive in time.
This supplier has however advised that stock should arrive to our warehouse by the 18th of February. You can therefore expect the book to be delivered by the 23rd February.
Should you have any further queries, please don't hesitate to contact us.
