Always late with their deliveries
I ordered a X-box game that said delivery would be by the 4th of March. Now, after I paid, delivery is suddenly the 18th of March, two weeks later. This is unacceptable.

We tried contacting you but there was no answer.
Our website indicates that parcel will be dispatch within 11 working days and if order was placed on the 28/02/2015 we can expect this to be delivered close to the 17-18/03/2015.
We do know that at times we don't always deliver on the estimated delivery date but please note that we are working on improving this so that future orders of our customer's gets delivered on time.
