7 Days to be refunded in to bank account

We are very sorry for all the inconvenience and frustration this has caused you.
Kalahari transfers funds automatically back into the bank account of customers however the bank still needs to do the allocations on their side.
This is where the 5-7 day waiting period comes in, we at Kalahari do not have a set date with the bank to get funds allocated bank.
Kalahari has tried to get the bank to have a set time frame for us but this was unfruitful. We as a business is still in the process to get this process shorten so that our customers can receive their money earlier.
Once again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused you.
