2 days later and still no item

After completing a ordering of an item from Kalahari last week Monday and receiving an email stating that delivery will be on the 12 (Thursday). Thursday came but still no item. Phoned Friday morning to ask about my package and I was informed that the reason that my item was not delivered was because of a delivery address mix-up. The courier company thought that it was a residential address. First lie, as I have included the business name in the address. I was then told that my item is out on delivery and I will receive it later that day (Friday), 2nd lie, as the day went by I phoned again and asked about my parcel and this time I was told that it is not out on delivery and I will only receive it on Monday, the lies just keep coming. So now Monday came and STILL nothing after THREE phone calls and being promised that the item is in the area and will be delivered before end of business day (17:00) I still went home without my item that I paid for. So that makes it 3 lies, no service and no support. There is nothing good that can be said about my situation as this is the 2nd time this has happed of the last 3 orders from them. Do yourself a favour and shop somewhere else.
