Kalahari Biltong Mould

I opened a packet of 50gram Kalahari Biltong Moist Beef Sliced biltong and halfway through eating it I found some mould in the pieces. I immediately checked the expiry date and it shows 1st of November 2019. This is very worrying as I cannot place the store into account as they had every reason to sell me this product based on the expiry date. The batch number on the packet is ***1 and I have taken pictures. Im am concerned about the heath risks as I have never encountered such.
