Unattended Car accident emergency patient

The worst hospital ever.. No sense of urgency or emergency. How do you get to hospital at 20h00 due to an emergency after being hit by a car, bleeding on the head/ear. Ribs and arm injured, and at 08h21 the next morning the patient has not been attended to? They say they have a backlog. What is an emergency according to Kalafong hospital? So we will loose our loved ones that need emergency assistance because according to Kalafong hospital car accident seems not an emergency. My nephew was hit by a car last night and was bleeding on the head. His neck, ribs and arm injured. Ambulance took forever to come, no head support, nothing yet they see he can't move his head. Got to hospital the nurses forces the injured person with no moving arm, no moving head to get off the bed and sit on a wheelchair.. It didn't matter to them that the person is injured and might even have broken ribs and arm. Was told they have a backlog. Tell me how a car accident is not an emergency that by 09:00 am the next day a patient has not been attended to? How are we to trust our public health care when we will die on the benches because the nurses and Doctors doesn't classify car accidents as emergencies. This is the most horrible hospital. 20h00pm to 09:00 the next day and a patient has not not been seen or attend. I write in hopes that something will be done about this matter by the hospital. This is one reason why Public health care is not preferred by many. The hospital proved not to care for emergencies. Public hospital is a death sentence.
