Terrible service

Terrible service in Kalafong Hospital, my brother was admitted yesterday from a car accident but 2 days later He is still covered with blood with no checkups, never cleaned,Flys all over disgusting. Dr by the name of LR Matsemela is very rude doesn't speak to patients or visitors with manners... this is no good environment for patients might as well be closed... My heart is torn apart by their service...
