Refused to help.

I am so ****ed of with Kalafong,I was referred by a clinic from Centurion for injury in my hand that happened sometime ago,they turned me back which reason were,I was late and it wasnt emergency for the first okay fine I understood,I went back again ealry in the morning and they turned me back cos I had to being proof of residencec I wasnt told that before,when .wanted to use my bank statement as it has my adress they couldn't help,now I had to go back I spent money to get there n when I addressed it , to the lady at help desk she said doctor has decided ,the.other one said it her language I shouldn't come make noise I should go to the doctor that , and no one can attend to this doctors decision is final,besides why would I be referred there if wouldn't get help,yes I wasnt dying I needed help for my hand,I hate the treatment they gave me,im thinking of other elderly people or really sick people turning back for such !!!!someone should do something here .
