Poor hospitality and ********* behavior

am so not happy with the service of this hospital. I was referred by a private clinic, the doctors checked me the very same day however I had to wait for more than 12 hours to get assistance. The Doctor admitted me to Ward 14 at around 7 in the morning Mara I waited for a bed till 2 pm, to make matters worse it wasn't full and the lady who was assisting me was on the phone whole time.
