No HELP at hospital for emergency case

My brother has been sitting in the hospital from 12.00 last night till the next day with severe chest pains and the only thing they did was give him drips. They did ECG which wasn't right and had to be done again. When we called the Matron Samelo she wasn't of any help. Said they have a lot of cases and will check what's going on. They also said if he wants to leave he can do so. Chest pains are bad which can lead to heart attack and they not doing anything.
