Negligence of patients in kalafong hospital.ward 12

I have a patient admitted at kalafong hospital in ward 12. The nurse in that ward is I'll treating patients telling them how they aren't sick and so forth whereas the patients are in so much pain. I went there the second time a patient is being ganged up on by all the nurses only because he refuses to be I'll treated and can speak for himself. Patients are denied to be bathed. The last time this patient had bathed was on Monday. When either patient asks to be bathed they are denied and the nurses go and sit in the kitchen all day, patient is denied food all because he is in pain and can't walk and he has been reporting that he is in pain. The negligence in that ward is utterly disgusting.sister mahlari should be removed from that ward because clearly she doesn't want to do her job.al she does is be on her phone all day whilst busy with patients.
